ARTICLE 1: PREAMBLE

This privacy policy aims to inform users of the UMANLINK GROUP website about the collection of their personal data. Personal data includes any information that can identify a user, such as names, first names, postal or email addresses, location, or IP address (non-exhaustive list).

The personal data collected on the Site is reserved for the use of UMANLINK. It may be transmitted to subsidiaries of the UMANLINK Group. It may also be communicated to our service providers/suppliers involved in the management of the Site (technical manager and host of the Site, provider of the audience measurement service, in particular).

The duration of cookie retention does not exceed thirteen months.

Data used for commercial prospecting, communication of requested content, assistance will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, and then for a period of three years from the end of the commercial relationship, unless a longer retention period is necessary for legal prescription purposes.

Data relating to a prospect will be kept for a period of three years from their collection or the last contact from the prospect (e.g., a request for documentation, a request for assistance, a telephone call to customer service, a click on a hyperlink in the email sent by UMANLINK, a positive response to an email asking if the prospect wishes to continue receiving commercial prospecting at the end of the three-year period).

Personal data collected for the purpose of “Recruitment” is handled confidentially by the human resources department and is not kept beyond twelve months from the last contact with you.

The company may retain certain personal data beyond the deadlines announced above in order to fulfill its legal or regulatory obligations.
